When you're on the Playvod website, click on 'My Account' to access your personal space. You can log in from multiple devices connected to the internet (smartphone, tablet, computer). If you're having trouble logging in, you can contact us using the contact form.

The Playvod application is available on app stores. You can install it by following the instructions in the article 'How to download the Playvod application?' (Link).

Through the search bar, you can find titles that interest you. Otherwise, Playvod will suggest recommendations to satisfy your preferences. It's possible to activate subtitles and change languages for numerous films directly while watching the movie or series episode.

Yes, it's possible to watch Playvod without an internet connection. To do this, you'll need to download the application from the IOS or Android store and log in to your account. Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the internet. Then choose the content you want, click on 'Download.'

Once the download is complete, go to the 'Downloads' section, and you can start watching your movie.

To download a series or a movie:

Open the Playvod application.

Browse through all the titles available for download.

Click on 'Download.'

Find your downloaded titles in the 'Mystuff' space.

To prevent excessive data usage, we recommend staying connected to Wi-Fi during the download.

Once your video is downloaded, you'll have 30 days to watch it and 48 hours once you start playback.

If you delete your account, your downloads will be removed. You can re-download them if you restart your subscription.

You can watch Playvod on a total of 3 different screens on a single account. If you exceed this number, simply remove one.

You can delete your Playvod account by clicking on 'My account' and then on the 'Delete my account' button. If you wish to return, you'll be able to create a new account.

You can cancel your Playvod subscription at any time and without additional charges by using the 'Unsubscribe' button in the 'My account' section.
